<aside> đź’ˇ The Realms Project is growing faster than anticipated. To build on this momentum and accrue greater value to the Realms ecosystem in Q2 we propose bringing in additional talent to aid the existing production team (currently 7 full-stack developers). We are proposing an unlock of 12.5 million Lords tokens (2.5% of total supply) from the DAO Treasury Allocation to be spent exclusively on accelerating the delivery of roadmap through hires and grants. Supply will be added slowly and will have vesting conditions. ** The Core Lords do not expect this to be fully allocated for at least 6 months. With full vesting periods taking longer.*

As outlined in our Master Scroll, Bibliotheca's vision is to create an ever-expanding Lootverse running on StarkNet. To realise this vision we wish to align builders and creators with shared incentives, using LORDS as the primary mechanism.
The project and community are growing faster than our initial projections, and the Core team wishes to double down on this growth and align more builders on the project.
To do this, we are looking to unlock the first tranche of the BibliothecaDAO’s $LORDS allocation to be used for new hires, ecosystem development, community development and bounties.
As documented in the original Master Scroll, the BibliothecaDAO’s treasury includes an allocation of 112.5M of the total 500M LORDS.
For this first tranche, 12.5M of the DAO’s 112.5M will be unlocked to be used for new hires, ecosystem development, community development and bounties.
** This 2.5% allocation will not go towards existing Core Lords.*
This first tranche of 12.5M LORDS represents 11% of the DAO’s $LORDS allocation (112.5M), and 2.5% of the total LORDS cap (500M).
To increase the efficiency of deployment, the Core Lords will be empowered to allocate these grants without requiring a DAO proposal to pass.
The Core Lords will vote on the allocation of these LORDS, with 70% having to agree before the module is awarded.
Public information
The usage of these LORDS will be visible and all allocations and hires will be made public. This information will be displayed in an application yet to be decided.
